The Buoyant Alliance
(2/2)
Next up is a newspaper interview with The Hindu. Kaka reaches the office only to be greeted with another pleasant surprise; the reporter, Ms. Aishwarya Upadhye, hails from Belgaum! All formalities go out of the window as their Marathi conversation overrides unnecessary protocols! The day is only getting better for him…
Guess where The Hindu wants to click Kaka’s photo for the article?! Not in his wildest imagination did he think it’d be possible; The Hindu’s team wants the INS Kursura Submarine as the background!
In between, Kaka squeezes in a session at Raman School. The parents of its students have assembled for a joint lecture by a Nutritionist and an Organ Donor.
While the Nutritionist talks about what to eat to keep the body healthy, Kaka completes the loop by talking about what all a healthy body can give back!
By late afternoon, as instructed, Kaka and his bike reach the beach. The Hindu’s photographer has made all the arrangements. Instead of parking his bike, Kaka is instructed to ride on the footpath leading towards the submarine – an action that is disallowed by law! A police officer guides Kaka in the direction; when Kaka rides hesitantly on the footpath, the officer overlooks the proceeding confidently! The onlookers and Kaka are equally stunned.
On receiving this special treatment, Kaka’s face is blushing red by the time he reaches the photoshoot site. Striking a few poses with the historic INS Kursura and B.O.Y. 2.0’s motorbike, Kaka is relieved in minutes. He spends the sunset by the submarine and beach…
Before entering Visakhapatnam, only the ToI interview was confirmed. However, when the riders and their circle came into the picture, the scenario changed. So much is achieved in one city solely because of the friendship and camaraderie shared.
With such positivity and support around, B.O.Y. 2.0 is surely on the right track!
